Hello all!

Just got to town and one of the first things I am doing is finding where I can throw darts. I've thrown darts (steel tip) for the last 3 years. Looking to join a team or just sub for this season. So just throwing it out there.

Make sure to check out the links section <http://www.austindarts.org/component/option,com_weblinks/catid,14/Itemid,23/> and the list of blind draws <http://www.austindarts.org/content/view/17/45/>.

At this point in the season most teams will have their subs set up, I'd recommend hitting some of the blind draws/tournaments to get to know the local players.

question?

this is the only league so far that i have found here in town...are there other leagues i have yet to find?

Hi, nightfall315. Welcome to Austin.

There's a league that plays on Wednesdays in the bar at the 300 Austin bowling place on southbound IH 35 between the Rundberg exit (241) & Rundberg Ln. It's not affiliated with the CADA or the ADO, but it's been very well managed by the same individual, Leon McGuire, for many years. His number is 512-218-9967. He'll be taking sign-ups for the Summer season on 4/30. He'll probably also have an open blind draw tournament that night.
